Classic cabled cardigan with collar.

Finished chest (buttoned): 22 (24½, 26½, 29)” /  56 (62, 67.5, 73.5) cm

Finished length: 10 (12, 13, 15)” / 25.5 (30.5, 33, 38) cm

GAUGES

20 sts and 30 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Double Seed stitch.

24 sts = 2¾” / 7 cm in Double Plait Cable.

Always check gauge to save time and ensure a perfect fit. Adjust needle size as necessary.

MATERIALS

Worsted weight yarn: 310 (410, 500, 645) yds / 285 (375, 460, 590) m.

Straight needles: size 8 US (5 mm), or  size needed to obtain gauge.

Double-pointed needles (dpns), set of 3: size 8 US (5 mm). 

Cable needle (cn). Stitch holders and markers. 

Five ¾” / 2 cm buttons.
